At the same time, Shanghai BIRD Electronic Technology Service Co., Ltd., a joint venture founded by Shanghai TRANSCOM Instruments Co., Ltd. and BIRD Corporation of the United States, is specialized in maintenance, calibration and upgrading of BIRD products sold in the Chinese Mainland to greatly facilitate use and maintenance of BIRD products. It is the sole after-sales service provider designated by BIRD.

Moreover, the company can provide calibration services for all BIRD products. Flexible calibration services are provided, and on-site calibration services can be provided according to customer requirements.

If the instrument is within the warranty period and the failure is within the range of normal warranty, TRANSCOM will bear the maintenance costs.
If the instrument is beyond the warranty period or the instrument is within the warranty period but the failure is caused by human mistakes, TRANSCOM will estimate the costs of initial inspection and maintenance and fax the quotation of maintenance costs to you for confirmation. If you agree to the quotation, please sign or seal the quotation and fax it back, and we will immediately repair the instrument. After maintenance, we will send the Payment Notice to inform you to make payment and take the machine.

Please describe the instrument fault or service requirements in detail in the Maintenance/Calibration Service Agreement. If necessary, provide the details in the attachment. The details are helpful to the repair work of maintenance engineers.
Pay attention to the packing quality of the instrument returned for repair. The instrument must be well packed and cushioned with anti-vibration materials in the case of long-distance transportation. If possible, pack the instrument with foam to avoid unnecessary losses.
